Who we are

Steve Quinn founded the organisation in 1997 having worked in aerospace, shipbuilding, oilrig construction, brewing and food manufacture. Steve spent ten years at board level as HR/Group Services Director in a major Scottish food company and latterly had responsibility for Procurement and IT.

Steve has a BA and MBA from Strathclyde University. Particular strengths are in coaching, facilitation, team effectiveness and transition work. He works a lot with senior teams, helping to increase organisational capacity for change. Steve operates internationally and provides coaching support at senior level.  Recently he has been exploring the use of Big Mind as a coaching tool and working with people to consider some of those big life questions.

Steve is an expert negotiator and has in depth experience of employee relations issues.

Our Associate group is a small, select band of experienced facilitators, each with specialist skills. We entrust them with our business. Feel free to do likewise.
